We had a very pleasant overnight stay at the MainStay Suites. Pros: - The room was very clean and comfortable. - It had a full kitchen, so we could store our cooler's food in the refrigerator and ice packs in the freezer. - The service was friendly and helpful. - Breakfast was included. - Our room was quiet. - Plenty of free parking. Cons: - Our shower was broken - half the water came out the tub's spout. We did tell the front desk when we checked out, and they sent someone to fix it. - The coffee served with breakfast was instant, not brewed. - At breakfast, they offered flavored instant oatmeal, but not plain.
We stayed here for about two weeks. The rooms are great, i love the couch and spacious rooms! We also loved that pets stay free and that they have a big field in the back of the hotel. They offer a great breakfast, they have a nice gym and big pool. However the only reason i am not giving it 5 stars is because we did have some problems. Since we were there for a long time we used their gym daily to stay fit. However for the two weeks that we were there, the exercise bike did not work i let two receptions know but it never got fixed. Also there were times that we would go up to the front desk and nobody was there and we would end up just leaving. Again other than that our stay was great, clean rooms, good breakfast, modern amenities.
Check in was quick and easy. Staff very friendly. Pool area was clean. Hot tub h ot which bonus to me. Room clean, beds comfortable, and had cooktop with fridge. Great stay.
This has need a very nice hotel. The staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful. They have one of the best breakfast setups that I have seen. Room are clean and spacious. The bed is a little soft for my taste but very comfortable. Indoor pool and hot tub are always a plus. Internet has been very reliable and fast!
We had a really great stay here! The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms, the building, and pool were well kept and very clean. The room was very spacious and we were thankful for the 2 queens + pullout for our large family. There were a lot of options for breakfast from donuts to bacon. We were happy it was pet friendly with no additional charge. Overall it was a great experience!
Clean rooms, all the staff were welcoming and pool and hot tub were great. Stayed during Easter weekend and had a amazing stay. Will be the hotel I stay at from now on! Props to the three young women working the front desk!!!
We stayed in the King Suite for a total of 8 days over a three week period. I give it a solid 5/5. The rooms are spacious, The bed is comfortable. The hotel is quiet. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The workout room and laundry room were very serviceable. The staff are great! We had to drive overnight from Colorado and arrived at 8 in the morning and we were allowed to check in immediately.
It's all around great hotel. The rooms are nice and good size. The pool area is amazing and very spacious. It has a 24-hour gym. A game room. They have breakfast in the morning with good options. They allow dogs. Definitely will stay here again.
